He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Sr. Evans and Katharyn Koehler Evans. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Scott Evans; his daughters, Barbara R. Daniels (Terry Ray) of Waterford, Brenda K. Evans of Erie and Bethany D. Fritz (Stephen) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Jillian Kubeja (Chad), Scott Fritz and Brooke Fritz; his great grandchildren, Kierstin, Taylor and Jackson Kubeja; his sisters-in-law, Lillie Scott Mongera (Paul) of Union City and Gladys Scott of Waterford; and his niece Deborah Gregor (David) of Union City. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
