He is survived by: his wife Linda Graham Chase; his children, Dawn Decker (Louie) and Bryan Chase; his stepchildren, Stephanie Smiley (Dave), Melissa Vollmer and Jeremy Mercer; and his sisters, Marge Ormsbee and Patsy Bedow. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
