We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 80, Diana Benecki Averill of Waterford, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Benecki and Susan Benecki (Santos); her husband Donald V. Averill, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Paul "Kip" Valinsky. She is survived by: her siblings, Dolores Valinsky of Erie, Clarence Cunha (Linda) of Florida and Norbert Paterniti (Doris) of Millcreek; her nieces, Susan Popley (Jed), Linda Worthington (Glenn) and Jeanne Covel; her nephew Chris Chilcott; and her great-nieces, Angela Chilcott (Alex Berdis) and Lauren Chilcott.
