She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Devere and Alice Adaline Shaffer (Geer); her husband Charles D. Cowley Sr.; and her brother Gary Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Scott Stull of Union City, Samuel Stull of Canadohta Lake, Cindy Trace (Troy) of Waterford and Russell Stull of Union City; her stepchildren, Susan McNelis (Michael), Charles D. Cowley Jr. (Cathy) and James Cowley; and her siblings, Robert "Butch" Shaffer, William "John" Shaffer (Jeanne), Paul Shaffer (Linda), Joseph Shaffer, Frank Shaffer (Natalie) and Connie Stull.
