He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Spancake and Pauline Zimmerman Spancake; and his daughter Tina Spancake. He is survived by: his wife Mollie Bohr Spancake; his children, Roger (Lisa Spancake), Ronald Spancake and Melissa (Gary Lineaweaver) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Steven Spancake, Renee Spancake and Garrett Lineaweaver; and his siblings, Carl Spancake, Joan Fessler of Pine Grove and Carol Hummel of Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Assoc.
