She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester A. Souders and Leona J. Souders (Seville); her husband Clifford "Mike" D. Foreman; and her daughter Wanda Hann. She is survived by: her son Berley Souders (Cathy) of Wells Tannery; her granddaughters, Robin Wakefield of McConnellsburg, Michele Pollock of McConnellsburg, Erin Lane of McConnellsburg and Lynette Gelvin of Hustontown; and her son-in-law Arnold Hann of Wells Tannery. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, four step granddaughters, six step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Hustontown Vol.
