He is survived by: his parents, Mary Beth (Knepper) and Jeffrey A.; his brothers, Lane H. Ulsh of Annapolis, MD, Kodi Gartland of Harrisonville, PA and Ty Black of Harrisonville, PA.; and his grandparents, Julie Beth Knepper of Ft. Littleton, PA, Gloria Jean Black of Three Springs, PA, Edgar and Lucinda Mellott of Harrisonville, PA. He is also survived by several nephews and many cousins.
