Bell; his daughter Bobbi Mark (David) of Canonsburg; his stepson John Lyons of Washington; his nephew Jackie Garrett of Bentleyville; his siblings-in-law, Ron Bell (late Cathy) of Washington, Eva Lee Johnson (Bill) of Washington and Barb Bell of Washington; his siblings, James, Jack, David Garrett and Lois; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Sinclair and Bill Bell.
