He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur N. Williams, Sr. and Marie Davis Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou DeMay; his daughters, Deborah Sue Landis (Merle) of Wellsville, Cheri Kulbacki (Rick) of Kittanning and Judy Cummings (Kevin) of Finleyville; and his siblings, Robert, Charles, Howard Williams, Norma McCormick and Audrey Haught. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
