He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clutter and Edna Devenney Clutter; and his sister Barbara Sutton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ellen Baker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
