She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Fullum and Lorice Fullum; and her husband Jeff Wilkins. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey W. Wilkins (Venus) of Canonsburg and Karen S. Crouser (Chuck) of Washington; her grandchildren, Terrence Wilkins, Robert Wilkins (Cinnamon), Jafers Bailey, Amber, Anissa Wilkins and Jada Bailey; her son-in-law Ben Bailey; her children, Theodore Wilkins and Patricia Bailey; her grandchildren, Jason Bailey, Theodore Wilkins, Lurrie Wilkins and Kristopher Wilkins; and her siblings, Malcolm Fullum, Patricia Lacey and Jean Anderson. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
