He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Milligan and Samuel Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Milligan; his children, Thomas and Beth Pulaski (Mike); his brother William Milligan; and his grandchildren, Andy, Maddie and Sophie Pulaski.
