He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lipinski; his daughter Brittany Perry; his grandsons, Carson and Carter; his sisters, Bonnie Cain (Mike) and Debbie Devore (Jim); his stepchildren, Ryan and Kara Simms; and also, Nicki Diseker (Brian), Peyton and Isabella.
