He was predeceased by: his brothers, Francis Meade and James Meade; and his brother-in-law Robert Ziegler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Meade (Beaver); his daughter Tracie Ballock; his granddaughter Gabriella; and his siblings, Mary Kay Ziegler, William Meade (Debbie), Judy Mahouski (Jeffrey) and Margaret Kuchta (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Paul Cathedral Parish—st. Rosalia (108 N Dithridge St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). A reception was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home (500 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207).
