He was predeceased by: his parents, James T Mullen and Catherine Swink Mullen; and his son Timothy Lee Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Frances Foor; his stepchildren, Thomas Mullen (Susan) of Buckhannon, WV, Janice Hall (Peter) of Birmingham, AL and William Mullen (Terri) of Cupertino, CA.; his grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Daniel Mullen, Alexander, Cecilia Hall, James and Stephanie Mullen; and his siblings, Janet Mulac (Charles), Patricia Lee (George), Elida Micklo (Constant), Marietta Zundel (Ernest), Larry Mullen, Catherine Williams (Howard) and James Mullen (Guvher). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Tom's name to The Wounded Warrior Project or to the Shriners Hospital.
