He was predeceased by: his grandfather John C. Knoffsinger of Mill Hall; and his aunt Jonni Neidrich. He is survived by: his parents, Heather Rogers (Knoffsinger) of Lock Haven and Sean MacMillen of Jersey Shore; his close friend Cody; his stepbrother Zachary Rogers (Elle Miller) of Camp Pendleton, CA.; and his grandparents, Harriett Knoffsinger of Mill Hall, Laura MacMillen of Mill Hall, Richard of Mill Hall and Lois Rogers of Mill Hall. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
