It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Ashbaugh Jr. of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Painter and Melinda Ashbaugh. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Shirley, Bobbi Jo Deems (Nicholas) of Washington and Destiny Leonard of Washington; his grandchildren, Melia, Ellie and D'Nya; his close friend Jackie Shirley of Washington; his sisters, Angie Bradshaw of Donora, Lou Ann Kokoska of Monessen and Helen Mae Ferencz of Belle Vernon; and his pet Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
