He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Phillips Bury of Washington and Theodore Adam Bury, Sr.; his daughter Rachael Brownlee (Joe) of Claysville; his sister Michele Liggett of Washington; his grandchildren, Noah, Andrew, Hannah and Sarah Brownlee; his niece Alana Liggett; his significant other Mary Jo Kennedy; and his significant other's children, Kathleen Kennedy Stephens, Daniel Kennedy and Michael P. Kennedy.
