He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Harold V. Fergus and Sara Ann VanKirk Fergus; and his brothers, Harold V. Fergus, Hilary D. Fitch and Jacob S. Keliikipi.
He is survived by: his spouse Rosamound Fitch Fergus; his children, Scott Thomas Hugh Fergus of Washington, Ericsson Fitch Fergus (Keely) of Washington and Sara Margaret Fergus of Washington; and his grandchildren, Olivia of Washington, Fiona of Washington, Brynn of Washington, Evan of Washington and Reed of Washington.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
