She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Byrd and Tosie Varner Byrd. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Reilly (Kathleen) of Manchester, CT, Daniel Reilly of Washington and David Reilly (Shelley Ryan) of Washington; her grandchildren, Danny Reilly, Morgan Reilly, Jenna Reilly, Michael Reilly, Jr., William Reilly and Aubrey Ryan; and her siblings, Danny Byrd, Bev Dean, Keith Byrd and Doug Byrd.

Due to COVID-19, and out of respect for Sandra's friends there will be no viewing or visitation.
