It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra P. Fields of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Margaret Thomas Lewis; her brother Randy Lewis; and her daughter Tina Fields. She is survived by: her husband Joseph L. Fields of Washington, PA.; her children, Joseph L. Fields, Jr. of Washington, PA, Robert K. Fields of Washington, PA, Debbie Fields of Washington, PA and Shelly Fields of Washington, PA; and her grandchildren, Jeriod, Ashley, Robert, Jr., Jarae, Joshua and Jeremy Fields. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
