Urista of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Urista, and Martha E. White Urista, Sr.; her son Tyrone Wormsley; her grandson Lamar Tyrone Wormsley; and her siblings, Rose Urista, Mary Daley, George, Jr., Henry and James Urista.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Urista of Georgia, Lorin Wormsley (Ben Holley) of Virginia, Lamar Wormsley of Washington, PA, Thomas "Beaver" Wormsley of Washington, PA and Massey Wormsley of New York City, NY; her sisters, Dorothy Jenkins of Washington, PA, Nancy Mitchell (Tom) of Washington, PA and Patricia Urista of Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Joy Bainer of Washington, PA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
