He is survived by: his wife Jean I. Patten (Dougher); his children, Shawn of Washington and April of Washington; his stepchildren, Todd Heath of McKean, Charles Joyce (CJ) and Tina Musgrave (Matt) of Jefferson, OH; his sister Linda of Washington; and his grandchildren, Devon, Jared (Victoria Heath), Mathew, Sawyer (Alana Musgrave) and Dominic (Luna Joyce).
