He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lonnie "Breeze" and Betty Lou Feltus Garrat; his daughters, Ronnae and Ronnikka Garrett of Houston; his former wife Glenda Blake; his fiancée Sylvia Matten; his sister Brenzena Garrett of Oklahoma; and his uncle James "Fish" Feltus. He was also cherished by many cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
