He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Neilson and Elizabeth Ann Stocks Neilson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cassidy Neilson; his children, Michelle King (Terry) of Waynesburg, PA and Howard Neilson (Fern) of Pittston, ME; and his siblings, David Neilson of Oil City, PA, Bonnie Gregorieff, Karen Johnson and Dorothy LaFroscia. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren.
