He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perenic and Mildred Rettinger Perenic; and his wife Virginia "Ginny" Gilbert. He is survived by: his son Robert F. Perenic II (Susan Morse Perenic) of Bristow, VA; his brother Richard Perenic; his nephews, Jeff and Mike Perenic; his grandchildren, Devon and Karson Perenic; and his brother Ronald Perenic.
