Dornan (Julie) of Chartiers, Brian J. Dornan of Canonsburg and Jason W. Dornan (Stevie) of Chartiers; his stepsons, Jay R. Crawford, Jr. (Kansas) of Claysville and D. J. Piatt, Jr. of South Franklin; his sister Janice M. Roth (late Neal) of McMurray; his grandchildren, Madison R. Crawford, Jillian Dornan, Kailiah Cole, Maverick Piatt and Aaron Crawford; his close friend Bruce Ryburn; his nephew Neal Roth, Jr. of Oakdale; and his mother-in-law Lois Anderson of Amity.
