He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosebella and Harold R. Garrett Sr.; his wife Geraldine Helen Sickles Garrett; his sister Mary Clutter; and his great grandchild Travis Lewis Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Susan Lowe (Joe Garner), Robert Garrett (Cheryl), Cheryl Moore (Howard Durbin), Teresa Garrett (Susan Lewis), William Garrett (Tracy) and Julie Garrett; and his siblings, Harold Garrett, John Garrett, Betty Postgate and Juanita Main. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
