He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Patrick (Donny) of Washington, Rhonda Weaver (Billy) of Daisytown, Renee Williams of Washington, Robyn Toland (Doug) of West Alexander and Bobby Williams of Washington; his stepdaughter Lawanda Bell (Bill) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Stephen (Chelsea Patrick), Allison (Ashley Weaver), Ryan Williams, Samantha Moore and Chase (Caleb Toland); his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Eckman, Allyson Pitts, Mikayla Smart, Brandon Fulton, Elizabeth Bell, Cheyanne Wyatt and Easton Fulton; his great grandchildren, Eli, Harper, Dawson, Camryn, Hagen, Hutson, Aleeyah, Emerie Jo and Hadlee; his siblings, Wilbur Williams (Mary Lou), Audrey Haught, Norma Jean McCormick, Howard and Charles Williams; his stepdaughter Virginia Lee Buster; and his great grandchild Copelan Peters.
