He is survived by: his pets, Duke and Boo; his wife Karen Thomas; his children, Richard Creek of Cincinnati, OH, Patrick Creek (Alysia) of Oakdale, Christopher Creek of Washington, Yvonne Harris (Bryan) of West Alexander and Kimberly Reedy of Florida; his grandchildren, Christopher Creek II of Robert James, Nyccole Creek, Kaylie Creek, Connor Creek, Scott Harris and Eric Gallo; the mother of his children Barbara Richards (William) of Washington; his mother-in-law Marilyn Thomas of Washington; his sisters-in-law, Diane DeVault of Ohio and Bonnie Holmes of Washington; his sister Kathy Creek; and his granddaughter Destinee.
