We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2021, at the age of 86, Rita M Meeks of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Loddon, Eastern passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Arthur and Hilda Maude Young Palmer; her son Chris John Meeks; her sister Evie; her son-in-law David R. Wise; and her great great grandchild Serenity.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Meeks; her children, Billy Meeks Jr. (Jackie), Gerald Palmer, Sandy Wise, Susan Jungo (Dean), Lisa Woods (Paul) and Julie St (John); and her siblings, Dennis, Tony, Terry, Edna, Delia and Carmel. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
