He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Lacock and Betty Jane McBride Lacock; his wife Barbara Beckenger; his son Brian Lacock (Renea) of Washington; his sister Stevie Rizor (Tom) of Washington; his grandchildren, Luke and Leah; his nieces, Gretchen Stein and Meghan Miller; his nephew Matthew Rizor; his mother-in-law Marilyn Beckenger; and his sister-in-law Karen Ramsey.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services will be held privately at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Brownson House in Richard's memory.
