He is survived by: his wife Beverly Himes Briggs; his children, Debbie Phillips (Denny) of Amity, Teddy Briggs (Sherri) of Amity and Michelle Briggs of Amity; his stepdaughter Billie Von Spencer (George); his grandchildren, Dana Perkins (Tim), Darla Francis (Tad), Darcie Phillips, Nicole Shaw, Joshua T. Jenkins (Heather) and Cassandra Jenkins; his stepgrandson Matthew Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Ruby Perkins and Paige Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
