He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thomas and Isa Meeks Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, David Thomas (Vicki) and Brenda Vebelun; and his sister Patty Thomas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
