He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Sell W. Thomas, Sr.; his former wife Ciarra M. Thomas; and his uncle Gary W. Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Andrea M. Thomas; his daughters, Randi Ashantae Marie Thomas of Washington and Karis Nichole Thomas of Washington; his siblings, John L. Thomas, III (Idella) of Washington, Rodney L. Thomas (Katrina) of Canonsburg and Tara Dorsey of Orlando, Florida; his nieces and nephews, John IV, Jamey, Rodney II, Xxavier Thomas, Jacqueline, Phenix and Azariya Thomas; and his uncle Ashton M. Thomas (Roxy). He is also survived by other uncles, aunts, great-nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid – 19 restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
