He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean Mansberry; his children, Monica Newman (Ed), Peyton Justice IV (Carrie) and Philip Ray Justice (Autumn); his grandchildren, Harley Lynn, Hali Rae, Hunter William, Macie J., Madison J., LilyAnn Grace and Malia J.; his great grandchildren, Raelynn Renee, Ellianna May and Vivian Jean; his siblings, Harold Edward Justice (Ann) of Elyria, Ohio, Nancy Ann Garner (Harry-Deceased) of Hollywood and Rhonda Cataldo (Gerald) of Chestertown, Maryland; and his sister-in-law Jessie Anderson (Roy-Deceased) of Prosperity. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
