It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope S. Caleffe of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Scott and Anna Albert Scott. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa O'Brien (Mike) and Susie Rich (Ricci); her siblings, Richard Scott and Bonnie Bachtell (late Denny); and her grandchildren, Colin, Madison O'Brien, Blakely and London Rich. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
