He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John H. Taylor and Nyla Paul Taylor; his wife Marie A. Lobis; his son Paul W. Taylor Jr. of Washington; his siblings, Don Taylor of Washington, Delores of Washington and Jo Ann of Washington; and his grandchildren, Samuel Lane Taylor and Cara Lynne Taylor.
