He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morgan and Edith Maskal Morgan; his wife Phyllis Ann Perowski Morgan; and his siblings, John, James, Robert, William Morgan, Elizabeth "Betty" Ondash and Theresa Rose Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick G. Morgan Jr. (Nicole Sewasky) of North Strabane and Monique Morgan (Jesse Molesworth) of Bloomington, Indiana; and his granddaughter Natasha Molesworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
