She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lewis McGinnis and Lillian Odessa Weaver McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, David F. Lutes of Victoria, Texas, Patricia "Patsy" Rabe (Douglas) of Washington, Lisa Kirby (late Tim) of Washington and Cindy Lutes; her sister Shirley Chauvet of McDonald; her grandchildren, Jessica, Patricia, David F. III, Sonya, David S. Angel, Heather and DJ; and her great grandchildren, Emma Rose, David Sam, Christopher, Cody, Nick, Noah, Tyler, Devin and Landon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
