He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orland Sr. Lou and Mary Lou of Washington, PA.; his wife Dolly; his children, Shelley, O. B. and Todd Ryan; his son-in-law David Reilly; his grandchildren, Noelle Barnhart and Aubrey Ryan; and his siblings, Midge Ryan Thomlinson and Charlie Brown.

He was predeceased by his mother and father; a son, Shawn and a brother, Robert Ryan. Due to COVID-19 restrictions on indoor gatherings there will be no public visitation.
