It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Wise Bilby of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Telford and Margaret Cecilia Moore Gallagher; and her former husband Wayne W. Wise. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lynn Wise Ross (Robert) of Washington, Mark Wayne Wise of Prosperity and James Todd Wise (Raelynn) of Washington; her grandchildren, Justin Ross (Anastasia), Amber Byrd (John), Jared Ross (Jennifer), Mariah Wise, Kaleigh Yonish (Brandon), Darian Wise, Michala Wise and Brendon Wise; her great grandchildren, John, Emily Byrd, Jameson, Roxanna Ross, Sawyer Ross, Liam and Reagan Yonish; her husband Robert M. Bilby; and her siblings, Phil Gallagher, Andy Gallagher, Harry Gallagher, Jr., Robert Gallagher, Ruth Cholak and Viola Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
