She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Verner McDonald and Alice Elizabeth Ayers Moore; her husband Carl McKinney; her children, Kathy Kelley (Tom) of Washington, Cindy Emerick of Aliquippa, Dr. Mark A. Conklin (Joy) of Brooks, GA., Gary Ludwin and Keith Ludwin; her siblings, Eugene, Richard, Ralph, James Moore, Ruth Pakisz, Helen Strike and Irene Carter; her granddaughter Marcy; and her sister Nancy Vizyak of Weirton, WV.. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private burial service will follow, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
