Moore (Paula) of Washington, Lea Ann Berry (Brian) of Washington and Sherie Ward (Brian) of Washington; her grandchildren, Ryan, Mitchell Moore, Lauren, Jamie Moore, Jaclyn Ketchum (Cody), Brent Berry, Maci and Jackson Ward; her great grandchildren, Kinzlea and Kolson Ketchum; and her siblings, Albert Rogers (Carol) of Canonsburg, Linda Kreminsky (Stanley) of Washington, Shirley Carroll and Ruth Rudinsky. She is also survived by several nieces; and a nephew.
