He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Tewart (David Vice) of Springboro and Patricia "Patty" Carns of Washington; his grandchildren, Erin Strunk (Clayton) and Jake Tewart; and his great grandchildren, Eryk and Carter Strunk.
