He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Delsignore and Mary Tudisco Delsignore; and his brothers, Domenick Delsignore and Angelo Delsignore. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Mary Stewart of Birmingham, Alabama; his children, Debbie Groves (Keith) of Washington, Mark Delsignore (Heidi) of Claysville, Edward Kelley (Tracy) of Washington, Michael Kelley (Tammy) of Washington and Lorelei Kelley of Delaware; his grandchildren, David Groves (Sally), Anthony Groves (Annie), Nathan Delsignore, Adam Beckner (Jessica), Jordan Beckner (Suzy), Jesse Delsignore, Amanda Kelley, Ethan Kelley, Devin Kelley, Michael Kelley and Logan Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Emma Groves, Isabella Groves, Abigail Beckner, Rylan Beckner, Raleigh Beckner and Harper Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
