It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Marie Falace of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on October 10, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Hogan and Ruth W. Clothier. She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Falace-Silvis (Josh Silvis) and Heather Giorgianni (Stephen); her stepsons, Robert Falace and Jeffrey Falace Jr.; her grandchildren, Cody and Mica Silvis; and her siblings, Carol Minehardt (Paul), Richard Hogan, Donald Hogan (Louise), James Hogan and John Hogan (Elaine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lustgarten Foundation for pancreatic cancer research, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Special Olympics New York.
