She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur F. Elliott and Mary F. Pinkerton Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Charles Neff; her sons, C. Stephen "Steve" Neff of Cypress, TX, Thomas "Tom" E. Neff (Theresa) of Gibsonia and Jay M. Neff (Barbara) of Greensboro, NC; her grandchildren, Kirsten, Karly, Charlotte Neff, Kayla Miller (Ross), David Neff, Robert (Kathleen) and Andrew Neff; her great grandchildren, Will and Owen Miller; and her sister-in-law Joyce Hough (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Covenant (267 E Beau St, Washington, PA 15301).
