She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Locy and Bernice Connelly Locy. She is survived by: her children, Brian K. Acklin of Strabane, PA, Jay H. Acklin (Leeann) of Lakewood, CO and Joy E. Ross of Sanford, FL; her siblings, Karen Snedecker and Randy Locy; her grandchildren, Hannah Acklin, Sean Ross and Ashley Acklin; and her nieces and nephews, Debbie Tustin, Richard Snedeker, Sherry Conti, Leslie Ealy, Danny Locy, Cheyenne Locy, Brad Acklin, Julie Vite, Renee Sosa, George Acklin, Leslie Monda, Bill Acklin, Bob Acklin, Larry Acklin and Joyce Martin. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nichol Funeral Home (1873 E Maiden St, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
