She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Schurr; her parents, James Braddock and Lucy Braddock; and her brother James. She is survived by: her sons, Robert J. Schurr (Sylvia) and Edward W. Schurr Jr. (Anne); her grandchildren, Laura (John), Christopher and Caison; her great grandchild Jonny; and her siblings, Jospeh and Vincent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
